Kilim Bags

Upcycled heritage. Himalayan craftsmanship. Designed by Rawuf.

Our Kilim bags are created by upcycling old handwoven carpets into functional, timeless bags. Each piece is handcrafted in the Himalayan region by local artisans, giving new life to textiles that
carry history, character, and soul. No two bags are ever the same.

How Our Kilim Bags Are Made

1.

Upcycled Old Carpets: Carefully sourced old handwoven carpets and kilims, preserving original patterns and textures.

2.

Handcrafted by Local Artisans: Skilled Himalayan artisans clean, repair, hand-cut, and stitch each piece.

3.

Natural, Earthy Colours: Traditional colours inspired by the Himalayan landscape and age-old dyeing methods.

4.

Thoughtful Construction: Finished with care to ensure strength, comfort, and everyday usability.

Made in the Himalayas

Our bags are proudly made in the Himalayas, where craftsmanship is slow, intentional, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Upcycling allows us to honour the past while creating something meaningful for today.

CARE GUIDE

Care & Maintenance

Each Kilim bag is thoughtfully handcrafted using upcycled textiles and genuine leather. Proper care will help preserve its beauty and character over time.

Gently spot clean the surface using a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, a small amount of mild soap may be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or detergents.

This product is not suitable for machine washing or soaking. If the bag becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a shaded area.

To maintain color and fabric quality, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. When not in use, store the bag in a cool, dry place.
